Is direct deposit an option to be paid with for commissions?

Yes, direct deposit is a option for your commissions inside of the GAZ back office for any of our digital products/memberships we offer.
Physical products payout methods will vary depending on country/region.

How soon will I be able to access my commissions from the time that I make a sale?

Commissions will be released 14 days, or 2 weeks after the day a sale is made. So all affiliates will receive their commissions 14 days after each sale

Will there be a webinar replay?

Yes, Webinar replays will always be available after each webinar is over, they will be available until the day of the next webinar in most cases

How do I change my Address?

Visit this page and if the auto-search cannot find your address accurately, simply enter in your city and the fields will unlock so you can enter your address.


What currency will the $99 monthly charge be in, local?

The $99 dollar sign up fee and the $99 dollar monthly subscription fee are both USD currency

How do I cancel my Account?

No, refunds are not submitted through cancellations.  Refunds must be submitted through the Help Desk.

Why are my videos in the back office not playing?

There is an issue with anti-virus browser extensions (such as Avira Browser Safety) that cause the videos to not show up.  Disabling the Anti-Virus extension should get the video to work. 

Where do we send feedback if we see an error/glitch with the system?

Can we edit our coaching call answers?

Yes, you will be able to update your coaching call answers by going to “My Profile” and then “goals” you can see and update any answers you left in there.

When does the "Marketing Center" get unlocked?

The “Marketing Center” is unlocked as soon as someone confirms their pro membership, and will be accessible as long as their pro membership is valid.

Where can I find the links to the weekly team hangouts?

If you click on the “Community” section in your back office, you will be directed to our Facebook group where the links for every team hangout will be posted in there right before the team hangout starts.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds must be submitted through the Help Desk and a member of the Help Desk will submit it for processing.  

All members will be given a 14 day refund policy where they can get a full refund within the first 14 days of signing up. After that commissions are released and funds are no longer available.
